Helpino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

4. User Accounts

Users should exercise reasonable caution before engaging with providers.

7. Payments

Helpino may facilitate online payments between users.

Users agree that:

• Pricing is determined by the Service Provider unless otherwise specified.
• Applicable platform fees, service charges, taxes, or commissions may apply.
